Please use a soft measuring tape to insure the Waist Beads will adjust to your size as the average length is 45 inches long.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WAIST:
1) Grab a soft measuring tape
2) Wrap the soft measuring tape around your waist.
3) Once you bring the measuring tape around your waist align both ends of the measuring together and look at the number.
HOW TO TIE ON WAIST BEADS:
1) Bring Some of the beads down to make the ends of the string equal.
2)Position the strand around your waist, where you would like them to lay
3) Cross the ends at your desired fit while allowing the extra beads to drop to the end
4) Tie 7 knots
5) Cut the ends to release the extra beads into a bowl, then cut the strings off close enough to the knot
*Optional: add a drop of super glue or lighter to secure the knot.
Waist beads are beautiful, yet delicate adornments. You must take care of them for them to last. Be mindful when you are putting on and taking off your clothes, going to the bathroom or any strenuous activity that can cause extensive tension on the strand and cause it to break.
