Here's how to use it:
1. Place the white silicone into the slot of the gold (or silver) tooth.
2. Immerse the gold (or silver) tooth along with the silicone into hot water at around 70-80 degrees Celsius (158-176 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 15-30 seconds to soften the silicone.
(Note: Do not use boiling water, as it will ruin the silicone and make it unusable)
3. Place the gold (or silver) tooth into your mouth and gently bite with your upper and lower teeth. The softened silicone will be shaped by the pressure from your teeth, conforming to the shape of your teeth and providing a secure fit.
4. If the fit is not satisfactory, you can repeat the shaping process until you are satisfied.
5. After each use, rinse the tooth cover with clean water and let it dry before storing it properly.
