Gauge = Thickness of the Wire
22 Gauge Thinnest wire
20 Gauge Thicker wire like an earring backing
18 Gauge Thicker than 20 Gauge
16 Gauge Thickest
mm = Diameter of the hoop. This is how big you need your hoop to be.
LEFT or RIGHT = What side of your face is your piercing on? The fake hoop will twist towards the tip of your nose if you chose the side of your face your piercing is on.

If your piercing is healed and you are used to wearing sterling silver and/or gold filled, then order these materials.
Sterling silver can tarnish over time due to exposure to air and moisture in the nose. You can prevent this by regularly cleaning and keeping it in a dry, tightly sealed container.
Always wash your hands before applying or adjusting rings.
If you experience any redness or irritation while wearing it, remove it immediately.
If you are unable to get the piercing in, the gauge could be too thick or the diameter(hoop size) too small.
