-Yes, all our products are made by human hair.
-Human hair will be ash after burning and will show white smoke.Synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke.
2.How many packs do I need this tape in hair extensions?
-We recommend:1-2packs if your hair is fine; 3-4 packs if your hair is thin, 5 packs or more if you like heavy volume. But usually 3-4 packs can get good thickness.
3.How to choose the color of the hair extensions?
-We suggest choosing a color similar to your natural hair. If you're uncertain about the best match, our hair experts are here to help. Simply send us a photo of your hair, and we'll provide customized color advice.

4.Can I dye this tape hair?
-Yes, it can be dyed into other colors. As a general rule, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can not get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.
5.Do I need to wash my own hair before I wear tape in hair extensions？
-Yes, you need. And please do not use any conditioner or essential oil. Remember to blow dry your hair before use hair extensions.
6.How long can I wash my hair after installation？
-Wait at least 48 hours.Because the tape needs minimum of 48 hours to completely attach to your hair. And wash your hair gently at first time.
7.What do I do when I find the tapes are falling?How long should I change the tape?
- After several weeks’ using, occasionally, tapes might slip and you have the option to replace the tapes. Firstly, we use the remover to clean the remaining glue, and then put on the new tape before the hair extensions can be installed again.We suggest that you can replace the tape every 4-6 weeks. And you may replace the tape if they are lack of stickness at any time.
8.How about these tapes? Can they be reused?

9.Can I sleep with hair extensions?
-Yes, but do not sleep when your hair is wet. Always make sure the hair is dry to avoid your hair tangling at night
10.What kind of shampoo and conditioner should I use?
